Our belief is that the future of cinema will be small, local cinemas focused on community and there could be no better mantle to hold up as an example than The Bradley. A place where you would go to see a film in a safe environment that has respected and taken the community and surroundings into account. A reliable place that will awe visitors and make this community proud, but none of this happens without you and your investment in the Bradley.

FINANCIAL UPDATE

The Bradley Lab, LLC (‘The Bradley’) has executed a Lease to Buy with Shawn Emamjomeh, the building owner, and purchaser of the liquor license on favorable terms. An investment into The Bradley opportunity is therefore an investment not only in the operational performance and success of the business but also a pro-rata ownership of the tangible building asset. The Bradley has raised $690,000 to date in a mixture of equity and a successful Kickstarter campaign. To be fully funded we need to raise an additional $1,000,000 in Series A equity + $500,000 in a mixture of seat naming rights (see below), auditorium naming rights and debt.
